ATTENTION TO DETAIL - The Home Inspection Process
A home inspection is defined as "a written evaluation, based on observation or noninvasive testing, of two or more of the following components of a residential building; heating systems, cooling systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, structural components, foundation, roof, masonry structure, exterior and interior components, or other related housing components." At BrightSide Home Inspections, our concise and detail-oriented home inspections are the result of an experienced, consistent process developed over thousands of past inspections. All homes are evaluated in the same manner - from outside to in, room to room, top to bottom - effectively covering all accessible areas, systems, and components of the home. Findings from the inspection are then consolidated into a summarized, easy-to-read report containing descriptions, photographs, and other pertinent information to better educate the homeowner or potential homebuyer.
