We offer Home Inspections of various types to meet your needs. If you are unsure of which inspection type is best for you, please email or give us a call! We look forward to working with you.

Standard Inspection

The most common type of inspection, the standard home inspection covers all systems of the home from top to bottom and complies with NCHILB Standards of Practice. For general homeowner maintenance knowledge, buying a home or for the pre-listing process of a home 50 years or newer, a standard inspection is the best choice!

New Construction

Homes are being built faster than ever, and as such, New Construction Home Inspections are the fastest growing type of inspection. To best protect your investment and to catch potential issues before moving in, a New Construction Inspection can give you the peace of mind of knowing your new home is safe.

Save 25% off the cost of a 1 Year Warranty Inspection when you book a New Construction and Warranty Inspections at the same time. (Not to be applied with any other discount).

Warranty Inspection

All new homes typically maintain a one year warranty from the builder, and a lot of things can change in a year!  A One Year Warranty Inspection is meant to cover your bases before the warranty expires. As with all home inspections, a detailed report will be delivered to the homeowner. This report can be vital to negotiating with the builder, having corrections made and to prevent out-of-pocket expenses. These inspections should be performed anywhere from the 8th to 11th month of closing. (Discounts provided when scheduling both a New Construction and One Year Warranty inspections together, contact us for details!)

Historical Homes

Historic Home Inspections are needed for homes which are 50 years or older. As systems change throughout the decades, historical homes typically contain an array of additions, electrical and plumbing upgrades, and other factors that often require more research and time.

Pre-Drywall Inspection

A Pre-Drywall Inspection is needed after all framing and rough installations are installed in a new construction home or addition, but prior to the installation of finished wall and ceilings. A Pre-Drywall focuses primarily on the structural installations of the home which may otherwise be concealed once finished.
